Web cam in upper LongyearbyenCamera mounted 29. April 2004 Minimum 2 minutes and maximum 10 minutes between every update as long as my AppleG4Cube is on.
This is just a test of having a web camera on my site. I don't have much of a view, but you can see watch the wether conditions are like. An alternative location of the camera is being planned... I am testing this with a regular video camera (a Sony DCR-TRV900) and a nice little application from Evological named EvoCam. Other web cameras in Longyearbyen: Svein Nordahl has two web cams and a nice view. SNSG has one web camera on gammelkaia and one in Svea SSD has one web camera on bykaia.
